The party featured a delicious-looking cake and plenty of gender neutral decorations.
However, today the star took to Instagram to reveal that she's expecting a baby boy.
Conrad hasn't commented on when exactly she's due. She joins several other Laguna Beach and The Hills alumni who are new or soon-to-be parents.
