The incident happened at the Smokey Bones Restaurant on September 5.
When officers arrived on scene, they found two people suffering from apparent gun shot wounds.
One of the victims was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other man died recently in the hospital.
According to Abc 11, the Fayetteville Police Department has arrested three individuals they believe are responsible for the murders: Ferris Brown, Javier Rashad Johnson, and Daivon Tahjai Chambers.
Both Brown and Johnson are soldiers at Fort Bragg. They have been charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon, first degree murder, among other charges.
