Country duo Sugarland appeared on stage together for the first time in years last night.

The CMA Awards invited Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush to present the Duo of the Year Award — an award they won each year between 2007 and 2011.

While presenting the award, Nettles teased that perhaps the duo might win the award again in the future.

Sugarland Reunites, Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush Tease New Music at CMAs 2017

Wait a minute, does this mean Sugarland is back? Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush reunited at the 2017 CMAs to present the award for Vocal Duo of the Year. "Well funny seeing you here," Nettles said to Bush. He responded with: "It feels like we've been here before, right?"

That’s surprising, especially considering the duo announced solo projects back in 2014.

However, it’s important to note, they never disbanded or announced the duo had broken up, rather they announced they were both working on individual projects.

While we don’t have any concrete news to share, seeing them on stage together could be taken as a sign that perhaps the duo will release new music in the near future.

Time will tell!
