Oh no! Dale Earnhardt Jr. shared a photo on his Instagram stories after suffering an injury while doing some home renovations.

The incident happened while Dale was working on his second home in Florida.

At some point, the retired race car driver cut his finger while working inside the home.

The freshly bandaged finger was on full display on social media.

Over the last few weeks, Dale has shared several photos of the renovations in progress.

Despite the thumb mishap, it looks like he has definitely made progress on the home improvements.

Back in Key West with my man @stevenkrieger121 working on our @diynetwork renovation show. Only here one day. Got lots to do!
