Retired NASCAR star Tony Stewart recently landed in an Urgent Care facility after a fishing accident.

Instead of catching a fish, Stewart accidentally caught his hand with the fishing lure.

Because he was unable to remove the hook himself, his fiancee took him to the medical center to have the hook removed.

She also shared footage of the ordeal on social media, via a live stream.

While the injury looked painful, medical professionals were able to remove the hook in a timely manner.

Stewart was a good sport during the procedure, an undoubtedly, he was relieved to have the hook removed.

He'll probably need a few days to recover before he gives the ole' fishing rod another go, but we're rooting for him to catch a fish next time!
