There are two sides to every story, just ask Gretchen Wilson.
In a statement posted on her Twitter account, the country star revealed that she has faith in the process and believes the truth will come out eventually.
As you know, Wilson was arrested earlier this week at Bradley International Airport in Connecticut -- After police say she became disorderly on a flight.
Because this is an open case and the investigation is ongoing, the country singer is not able to publicly address the charge against her -- But she's confident her side of the story will help clear up the case in time.
We're glad to hear she is in good spirits after the ordeal.
Despite the incident, Wilson was able to perform at a scheduled show the day after her arrest.
Meanwhile, TMZ has since intercepted video of her arrest.
In the footage, a police officer is overheard telling Wilson she is a "bad drunk."
It's worth noting Wilson was calm during the video.
You can watch it here.
I want to thank my fans for their patience. The unfortunate events that took place last Tuesday night are still an open case matter and so I can't discuss or comment on any specifics. I would like to respect the process, and am confident that the truth shall prevail.
