Soooooo, my first week is done and I really was not that good. I barely exercised and ate pretty good up until...the weekend! Then 4 hamburgers fries and a coke later(during the weekend not all at once) oh yeah and a half bottle of wine I'm down a 1 and a half pounds. Which means if I really stayed true I would have been down more I'm sure! Back on the wagon today and going hardcore all the week!
