Big Boy Elroy's Weekly Weigh In!

Well I did a little better this past week and avoided temptation and saw a few pounds fall off.  My weight loss buddy Gary saw some major loss and he is well on his way to his goal weight.  Staying away from the sugar and carbs/grains is what really helps me.  But I also know fasting for 16 hours a day helps me a lot.  Just gotta do it!
