Sarah’s Self-Care Tips
You know how we all love to be there for our friends? You encourage them and give them compliments. You get upset when they don’t see themselves the same way you do. Well, why not start treating yourself like your very own BFF!?
Self-care is being thrust into the spotlight more than ever! So many of us encounter stress, burnout, self-esteem issues, the list goes on and on! Self-care is more than just a shopping spree or a vacation. Self-care is treating yourself like someone you love. And you don’t need a lot of time or money to practice it.
Personally, lately my self-care has been walking my dog Mila before bed and appreciating the sunsets. And every morning I look up at the moon (remember I’m up super early for our show!) knowing that special people in my life are seeing the exact same moon. I’ve also been decreasing social media and technology use – listening to podcasts and reading instead. Basically, working on making myself the best version of me!
