Every weekend my husband and I take our kids to our community pool. My husband and I got into a heated argument

last weekend after I caught him staring at other women. I said it's disrespectful for him to be staring at other women in bikinis. He disagreed and said he's just 'being a guy' and that's what guys do. I was having lunch with some girls from work yesterday when I told them what he had done. Half of the women said he was doing nothing wrong as long 'as he looks, but doesn't touch.' The other women at the table said my husband should show me more respect. Should I be mad that he is staring at other women or is he 'just being a guy'?
