Hi Don Chase & Sarah: I need your help. My husband and I have twin sons away at college. One of them is doing fine while the other is

struggling. Kevin is broke and recently asked my husband and I for money. We are torn over whether or not to give him some cash. My husband says we shouldn't and that Kevin should study harder and work more hours because that's what adults do. Kevin is not as ambitious as his brother or as savvy with money. I feel guilty about letting him struggle and helping one twin over the other. Should we give him money or not?
