The music industry seemed stunned when Carrie Underwood didn’t take home the CMA’s Entertainer of the Year for 2019 as she had one of her best and busiest years to date. This despite the fact that in January of 2019, she gave birth to her second son Jacob. With a new baby in tow, she still managed to be one of country music’s brightest stars for the year.
