Luke Bryan’s Wife Celebrates 40th Birthday In Style

Luke Bryan and his wife Caroline and a group of friends have been spending there first couple of days of January in a tropical location celebrating Caroline's 40th birthday.

While the couple did not say where they were they both posted pictures from a paradise location in bathing suits with friends.

Caroline posted to Instagram yesterday (1/2) along with a bunch of pictures, "Definitely not a bad way to turn 40!!! Whew...still recovering!! #fn"

Luke himself posted to Instagram a few days ago (12/31), "Happy 40th my love. I love you."
