Our friends at the Cumberland County Department of Public Health have some great advice for helping keep yourself and others healthy, from coronavirus, or any other number of gross sicknesses that float around.

Most of these tips are fairly obvious, but right now, it's good for everyone to be reminded:

  • Do not shake hands
  • Wave or elbow bump instead
  • Wash your hands with soap and water often
  • Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or sleeve when sneezing or coughing
  • Do not touch your face with unwashed hands
