Dolly Parton On COVID-19: ‘The Light I Believe Is Gonna Dissolve The Situation’

Dolly Parton posted a video of hope today (3/27) from her Nashville home during this COVID-19 pandemic.

She started off the video singing 'Dolly is climbing the stairway to heaven 'cause this virus has scared the h-e- double l out of us."

Dolly added, "I'm not making light of the situation, well maybe I am because it's the light I believe is gone dissolve the situation. I think that when this passes we're gonna all be better people."

She talked in the video about keeping a good attitude and added the comforting words, "Keep the faith it's gonna be alright. God loves us."
