Carly didn’t imagine the impact <em>Hide The Wine</em> would have on her life and career. “Never in a million years did I know that this song, that the minute that I heard it I knew I had to cut it, it was going to become such an anthem for so many people.”
Carly wrote <em>I Hope You’re Happy Now</em> with Luke Combs about a situation where she felt like she needed to apologize to someone in her past. “As soon as we wrote it I knew that I had written what I needed to say to that person even though I knew I would never really get to say it to him.”
<em>Every Little Thing</em> is a song about a broken heart Carly had over someone who she thought was going to be her forever love. “Fast track to everything that has happened with that song and I think it’s the greatest revenge I could ever have on a guy breaking my heart.”
