Corn Bread Salad? Every Had It?

Big Boy Elroy's wife is from Tennessee and she introduced him to a local favorite: Cornbread Salad!  Big Boy Elroy gave Don and Sarah a taste...Don loved it and Sarah said..."She doesn't "not like it"...but, she doesn't like cold stuff like this.  Do you have a recipe for Cornbread Salad? Or how about something you like that's a local favorite.
