Carrie Underwood took to her Instagram just moments ago to share her sadness over the loss of country music legend Charlie Daniels, who died today (7/6) at age 83.

Carrie said sharing a few pictures of she and Daniels, "I’m sad for the world and for his family...but I’m smiling a little because the angel band in Heaven just got themselves one heck of a fiddle player...see you again, one day, sweet Charlie Daniels."
