Reba Pushes For Her Sitcom To Get A Reboot
The “Reba” TV show ran for six seasons on CW before the show was abruptly canceled in 2006 and Reba herself never really got over the show being over.
Now, as Reba told us, the show’s cast, which includes Reba’s good friend Melissa Peterman, has been hoping to get a reboot and or a reunion show. Reba said, “We’re all for it. The problem is the higher uppers if they’re for it. But we’ve let them know that we’re anxiously awaiting some feedback and letting us know whether or not we can do a reboot, a two hour special, a movie of the week.”
She adds, “We don’t care. We just love each other. We’ve got so many more stories that we didn’t get to tell before when they canceled us that we’re just excited to get back together.”
Nancy Brooks has been working in the country music industry for almost 30 years. She has interviewed pretty much any country star you can think of. In the late 1990s, she started working with Dolly Parton. And yes, Nancy reports that Parton is as sweet as you would think. She loves her life in country music and has been backstage at every CMA Awards show since the late 1990s.
Many of her stories are from her one-on-one interviews. She was there at the beginning of the incredible careers of many music superstars today, including Taylor Swift, Shania Twain, and Blake Shelton, and has interviewed them multiple times throughout the years.
