Miranda Lambert will be celebrating her birthday once again at the CMA Awards as the 2021 broadcast falls on November 10th, Miranda’s 38th birthday.
It’s not the first time Lambert has gotten a CMA Award on her birthday. She told us, “The CMA Awards have always been one of my favorite things about each November it usually falls on my birthday. And a lot of times I’ve gotten to take home a really cool birthday present in form of a CMA award.”
She added of her three nominations this year, which include a nod for Entertainer, “I’m just happy to be part of the community and part of the country music family and you know, after doing this for so many years, still being able to be nominated and go and be part of it and see a lot of my friends and see performances it just it never gets old. It always gives me butterflies and I’m super thankful and grateful.”
Miranda is also nominated for Female Vocalist, and Musical Event of the Year (“Drunk (And I Don’t Wanna Go Home)” with Elle King).
She is the most nominated female artist in CMA Awards history.
