Blake Shelton Gets On His Knees To Sing With Boy In Need Of A Heart Transplant
Blake Shelton brought a 6-year-old boy named Wyatt who needs a heart transplant on stage Saturday night (1/30) at a show in Choctaw, Oklahoma.
The boy’s mother posted a video of the moment on her Facebook page. In the video clip. Blake spots the young boy holding up a sign in the audience that reads, “Your smallest, biggest fan from Lake Texoma, 6 years old waiting on a heart transplant.”
Shelton said of the boy to the audience after reading his sign, “Think y’all are having a bad day, put that into perspective right there, man.” He added, “The next note he has on here, he asks if he can sing this song with me.”
Blake then started to sing “God’s Country” on his knees with Wyatt as the crowd cheered.
