Johns Hopkins Medicine lists the many positive ways coffee can impact your health here. These include a healthier liver and a decreased risk of developing Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease.

I'll admit that I'm a recent coffee convert. I'm still experimenting with different flavors and blends that I like.
