A Man A Gun and A Drone
From the “sure fire way to get arrested” file comes the story of Dennis Winn of Claremont, Florida. A few days ago, authorities were dispatched to a police call about Dennis, a gun and a drone. Police say that during their investigation, Dennis confessed that he thought the drone was actually spying on him and that is why he pulled out his pistol and started shooting at it. Apparently, Dennis is a pretty good shot because he did over $2000 worth of damage to the Wal-Mart drone that was simply delivering a package. Dennis’ actions got him charged with criminal mischief and also shooting at an aircraft.

Pretending To Be A Police Officer
Logan Martin, what were you thinking? Police in the state of Alabama recently got a call about a man impersonating a law enforcement officer. Officers had to go the extra mile in order to nab Logan. Once search warrants were obtained, officials were shocked to find that Logan was in possession of a police radio, a dash cam and actual flashing lights that he stole from an actual police car. Logan then installed the police lights on his own vehicle so that he could play police officer and pull over drivers.
A Bank Robber Robbed
If you’re choosing bank robbing as a profession, you might not want to take lessons from Alan Duncan. Alan, a native of Minnesota dreamed up a great idea. Go to the big city of Chicago, the home of big banks with lots of money, rob them, put the money in the car and hit the road. On his first try, Alan scored a big $8000 take from the Self Reliance Federal Credit Union. With part one of his plan down, he executed step number two. He stashed the money in his car. This next step was not part of the plan. The car he stashed the stolen money in, was then stolen by another crook. It didn’t take police long to track Alan Duncan down and place him under arrest.
