One Man Two High Speed Police Chases
Out of Oxford, N.C., Kevin Lassiter was well aware that police had warrants for his arrest. So, last week when the blue lights appeared, Kevin took off leading authorities on a chase that exceeded 100 miles per hour. Police ended the chase when Lassiter fled from his vehicle and somehow got away. On Friday, the Granville County Sheriff’s Office learned of Lassiter’s location. When deputies attempted an arrest, Lassiter took off leading authorities on yet another chase. This time, those in uniform were better prepared as they performed a perfect PIT maneuver on Lassiter’s Kia Sorento. After being transported to the hospital with minor injuries, Lassiter was arrested. Lassiter is now facing a number of felony charges against him.

Scrambled Pancakes and 4 Other Viral Pancake Tiktok Recipes
What's your breakfast food of choice? Pancakes? Yep me too. Despite growing up with the nickname 'Eggo' because of my love for waffles, I have really grown to love pancakes. With IHOP's pancake of the month I know I'll be frequenting them despite my bank account begging me not to. Because food costs al ot though making your own pancakes is the better option. TikTok is filled with different styles of Pancakes and this one is really taken off, it's called Scrambled Pancakes:
Simple you take pancake batter but instead of flipping it after cooking on one side in a pancake shape you scramble it like eggs. It looks like funnel cake or the Austrian dish: Kaiserschmarrn. After you are finished, you add powdered sugar, fruits and/or syrup. Now @archivedchef didn't prefer this way but she did try it differently with much better results making sure not to scramble until after flipping it.
Much better texture and of course you should add your extra flavors in your batter so you can enjoy the taste in every bite. Pancakes are an art form! I think everyone has been there when making your pancakes where the first few aren't the prettiest and the next few are much better so this is a great alternative to make sure you do it correctly each time.
Tips For Making Pancakes
Now everyone adds their own spin to the flavor of pancakes but here are a couple of extremely important technical tips to make sure they are good no matter what way you make them:
Now that we are hungry. Here's some other viral pancake styles I want to try!
Cinnamon Roll Pancakes
Since becoming an adult I've fallen in love with Cinnamon and the best application to me is a Cinnamon Roll. Now IHop has a great cinnamon roll pancake but I really want to try this one. Cinnamon Filling- 1/3 cup butter, melted 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed 1 Tbs cinnamon Glaze- 4 Tbs butter 2 oz cream cheese 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract Make filling by mixing butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Scoop the filling into a small zip baggie and set aside. Make Pancake Mix according to directions. Pour batter in the pan and squeeze a spiral of the filling onto the top of the pancake. Cook and flip. Make glaze by heating the butter and cream cheese until melted. Whisk together until smooth, then whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla. Top the pancakes with glaze.
Japanese Souffle Pancakes
This one seems like the ridiculous huge food you see in a Cartoon or the dinner table scene from the movie, Hook. I love how fluffy these things look and it's a very simple one to pull off. Complete Recipe Here

I feel like this is a tremendous missed opportunity for Taco Bell. Make pancakes the same way but get you one of those taco holder things. Add extra stuff and go wild.
