Allenton Fire Department Bar-B-Que Plate Sale Coming Friday

Step right up or drive right up and get your own $5.00 plate of delicious pork at the annual Allenton Fire Department Bar-B-Que Plate Sale.

The event takes place this Friday, December 6, 2024 at the Allenton Fire Department located at 6815 North Carolina Highway 211 East in Lumberton, North Carolina 28358.

Allenton Fire Department Chief Tom Taylor confirmed to The BIG 957 that “yes, barbecue plates again will only be $5.00 each.”

A convenient drive through will be set up.  You are asked to please turn off of Highway 211 onto Old Allenton Road and then on to Lamb Road to enter the drive through line or to park.  There will be plenty of space to park your vehicle in the Allenton Recreation Center.

Chief Tom Taylor adds, “very special thanks to those who have purchased tickets in advance and thanks to those that will stop by the barbecue the day of the event.  I am humbled by the support the fire department has received over the past 60+ years.”
