Coastal Credit Union Music Park in Raleigh Will Charge for Parking in 2026
Parking will cost $20 when bought in advance. Day-of-show purchases? $25. The venue confirmed pricing in Facebook comments.

Coastal Credit Union Music Park will require patrons to buy parking passes starting in 2026. The announcement appeared on its Facebook page on Dec. 3.
Parking will cost $20 when bought in advance. Day-of-show purchases? $25. The venue confirmed pricing in Facebook comments. Premier, Easy Out, and Reserved Parking options will be available for patrons wanting faster entry and exit.
No confirmation exists that break-ins are connected to the required parking passes set for 2026. Raleigh police said the parking lots at the facility at Walnut Creek receive constant monitoring and have even used drones.
Officers told WRAL News preventing car break-ins is almost impossible. The venue didn't comment on whether new fees will fund additional security measures.
The change marks a shift in policy for the outdoor amphitheater, which hosts concerts throughout the year. Concertgoers haven't been required to pay for parking in previous seasons.
The venue's website says parking pass details will be available for purchase before shows begin next year. All patrons who drive to events will need to buy a pass to park on site.
The facility hasn't announced whether alternative transportation options or off-site parking will be available. Additional details about the parking program are expected before the 2026 season begins.
