With the global pandemic, 2020 was a weird and rough year for most of us, and for country music, it was a time when all touring stopped, many bands and crews had to find other work to pay the rent.

It was also a very creative year for many artists who spent their time songwriting on Zoom and planning their next moves.

Music videos in 2020 in country music were still quite good despite the different ways that artists had to make them.

We take a look at what we feel were the most powerful country music videos of 2020.

  This one was filmed at Lambert’s property near Nashville and her riding the horse like a true princess is just priceless.

• 10. Luke Bryan - One Margarita (Official Music Video) - March 2020

  This is pure Luke Bryan fun, and seeing his mom dance and drink in the video is just what we needed to cool down in 2020.

• 9. Thomas Rhett - Beer Can’t Fix ft. Jon Pardi - March 2020

  More fun in the sun with the ocean, a couple of buddies, and some beer. Thomas and Jon Pardi work great in this clip of the good life.

• 8. Eric Church - Stick That In Your Country Song (In Studio Performance) - July 2020

  A studio performance, but it was just wonderful to see Eric Church deliver this powerful performance in his signature winter cap.

• 7. Luke Combs - Lovin' On You (Official Video) - September 2020

  What a creative idea for a video and to see Luke Combs and his wife Nicole portrayed as kids at a skating rink is a smile getter for sure.

• 6. Carrie Underwood & John Legend - Hallelujah (Official Music Video) - November 2020

  A stunningly beautiful video with Carrie Underwood and John Legend. It won the 2021 CMT Music Awards Video of the Year and it was well deserved.

• 5. Little Big Town - Wine, Beer, Whiskey (Official Music Video) - November 2020

  Hail the trumpets! Just the fun we needed in a rough year, and Little Big Town knock it out of the park with this song and the fun video.

• 4. Dan + Shay - I Should Probably Go To Bed (Official Music Video) - July 2020

  A very creative clip and why shouldn’t the guys float in the air? Dan + Shay made an epic video for what I believe is an epic song.

• 3. Blake Shelton with Gwen Stefani – Happy Anywhere (Official Music Video) – July 2020

  Made during the pandemic at Blake’s home in Oklahoma home movie style. It’s the happiness we all needed to see in 2020.

• 2. Kane Brown - Worship You (Official Music Video) - October 2020

  A sweet love song and video for Kane’s wife and daughter Kingsley. Just beautiful as a family portrait.

• 1. Keith Urban - One Too Many with P!nk (Official Music Video) - September 2020

  What a cool video of Keith and P!NK who were never in the same room together for the video. The video is an instant classic and has over 31 million views on YouTube, more than any other video on this list.
