NASCAR CEO Is Facing Charges After Being Arrested
The CEO of NASCAR was arrested over the weekend.
56-year-old Brian France, who has been NASCAR’s CEO since 2003, is William H.G. France’s grandson.
According to ESPN, Brian France was pulled over in New York on Sunday evening after running through a stop sign.
When an officer approached France’s vehicle, he suspected France was driving under the influence.
He was arrested and charged with DUI, in addition to being in possession of a controlled substance.
France was released from jail earlier this morning.
