Police Say Rascal Flatts Concert Was Evacuated Due To Bomb Threat
Over the weekend, we reported that a Rascal Flatts concert was cut short due to a security concern.
At the time, the country group was performing in Indianapolis on their Back to Us Tour.
Right before they were set to begin their encore performance, their piano player unexpectedly stopped playing and exited the stage.
At the same time, a concert goer rushed the pit area, prompting an immediate response from security.
Moments later, the venue was evacuated, and the remainder of the show was canceled.
Now, days after the ordeal, Fox News is reporting the venue was evacuated due to a bomb threat.
According to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department, a bomb threat was made at Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center on Thursday evening.
The threat was taken very seriously. Police are not releasing additional information at this time, due to an active investigation.
No one has been arrested in connection to the threat.
