Country Artist Due In Court After Last Night’s Arrest
Gretchen Wilson was arrested on Tuesday evening.
According to WISN 12, the country artist is accused of causing some sort of disturbance while on board a flight.
Police were dispatched to Bradley International Airport in Connecticut at around 7 p.m. last night.
It is not known what exactly prompted them to be called to the airport.
However, during a discussion with Wilson, the police officers said she caused a scene and became irate with them.
She was arrested and charged with breach of peace. She is expected to appear in court at some point today.
Wilson was in town for a show tonight at the Mohegan Sun casino.
At this time, it is not known if the show will go on as planned.
