It seems like they were over before their relationship even officially begun.
While Miranda has remained tight-lipped about why the two called it quits, a source who spoke to People Magazine has revealed the reason they split.
Apparently, their relationship came with a set of rules.
More specifically, there were certain things Evan was not allowed to do, and it seems as though Miranda found out he did something on the “no-no” list.
Unfortunately, the source doesn’t say what Evan did wrong, but if we connect the dots here, we recall Evan’s ex-wife, Staci, making a lot of noise on social media about Miranda calling her.
At the time, fans thought Staci was just being dramatic and that Lambert wouldn’t waste her time calling Staci.
As Staci put it, Miranda was upset about Evan calling her.
Perhaps, one of Miranda’s rules was that Evan cannot call Staci.
Staci’s Instagram Story was fairly recent, so perhaps what Staci said was true and that’s why Evan and Miranda split.
Despite the breakup, Lambert still shared a photo recently on Instagram thanking all the bands, including Evan’s, for joining her on the road.
