While Brett previously offered few details about his big day, he was adamant about not wanting to sing any of his music on his wedding day.
Taylor and Young recently rekindled their romance after parting ways a few years ago.
The new bride was by Brett’s side when he was an up-and-coming artist, but the timing of their relationship didn’t quite work when they split.
The emotional toll of that time in Young’s life plays out in many of his songs, such as ‘Mercy.’
But, it’s the time they spent apart that makes them value their relationship today.
