Here’s The Real Reason Garth Brooks Carries A Guitar Around
Earlier today, Garth Brooks appeared on Good Morning America, and boy did he keep everyone entertained.
And apparently, Garth’s guitar is more of a prop than a musical instrument — Or at least, as he tells it.
When asked why he always has a guitar on hand, Garth said so that he doesn’t have to suck his gut in.
Oh that Garth!
The country star also spoke about performing “Stronger Than Me” during the CMA Awards last week.
He admitted it took everything he had not to cry during the performance, and while his wife, Trisha Yearwood, thought the song was very heartfelt, the two have since agreed that there will be no more surprise between them.
As you know, Garth debuted the song for Trisha during the award show.
He also joked that at one point he started singing to Jason Aldean so that he wouldn’t cry, but then Jason texted him later to ask if what he was singing about was true.
Too funny!
