Miranda Lambert has found a record label home after leaving Sony Music. Shje was with Sony for twenty years. Lambert and Jon Randall have partnered to launch their own imprint in partnership with Big Loud Records, establishing Big Loud Texas. Lambert and Randall will be directly involved in signing and developing artists on the roster. In addition, Randall will serve as President of A&R for Big Loud Texas while also contributing his expertise as a producer.

Miranda and Randall collaborated, along with Jack Ingram, on 2021's GRAMMY-nominated The Marfa Tapes. Randall also served as a producer alongside Lambert and Luke Dick on her 2022 album Palomino.

Miranda said of her newly formed label, "As a teenager chasing my dreams in the honky tonks of Texas, Nashville seemed so far away. Every time I'm back home, I get to hear the incredible talent our state produces, and I feel a responsibility to help get more of those Texas voices heard. I'm really excited to team up with my buddy Jon Randall and Big Loud to do just that. Get ready, y'all – we're bringing even more Texas to town!"

Randall added, "When I was a kid playing in bands and kicking around Texas, I knew that making music was all I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Since then, I've gotten to play with so many of my heroes, produce legends and friends, and travel all over the world, but all those roads lead right back home. I feel very blessed to share this full circle moment with one of my best pals, Miranda Lambert, and help some other dreamers chase their song around the world."

Big Loud Texas will serve as a dedicated imprint of Big Loud Records, a label whose head-turning success story began in 2015. Counting over 34 billion global on demand streams, 18 No. 1 U.S. airplay and 28 No. 1 Canadian airplay hits, and 70+ RIAA certified titles, the Big Loud Records roster is home to Morgan Wallen, Lauren Alaina, HARDY, ERNEST, Hailey Whitters, MacKenzie Porter, and more.

The phrase "Grammy darlings" applies to artists that Grammy voters love and seem to get all the nominations and awards. In country music, it is quite evident in the last 15 years or so who are the darlings of country music at the Grammy Awards: Miranda Lambert, Chris Stapleton, and Kacey Musgraves.

Nominees this Year for the Grammy for Best Country Album of the Year are Luke Combs for Growin' Up, Miranda Lambert for Palomino, Ashley McBryde for Ashley McBryde Presents Lindeville, Maren Morris for Humble Quest, and country icon Willie Nelson for his album A Beautiful Time. As the February 5th Grammy Awards approach we take a look at winners in that coveted category through the years.
