Keith Urban: ‘P—–‘ Canada Show Got Canceled
Keith Urban was set to perform as one of the headliners of the Big Valley Jamboree country music festival in Camrose, Alberta, over the weekend. He even left his wife and daughters in Paris for the Olympics to make the show. Then, the weather started acting up, and the promoter canceled the show due to lightning.
Keith posted a video clip of him and his band sitting on the floor of their tour bus and playing “Wild Ones” in red dimmed light. He captioned the post, “@thebvj we’re soooo pissed that the lightning here tonight caused the promoter to have to cancel the show… we’re all on the bus backstage and wanted to PLAY for you all.!”
Fans reacted to the post, including one who was there who said, “Only came to BVJ for you. this was heartbreaking. What a bummer.” Another disappointed showgoer wrote, “Well, we gotta take @keithurban anyway we can get it!” One more fan said, “We were so sorry you were unable to perform last night. We were so looking forward to your concert, but safety first!”

Urban, his wife Nicole Kidman, and teenage daughters, Sunday and Faith, were in Paris last week and took in several events at the 2024 Paris Olympics. They even attended the much-talked-about opening ceremonies.
The famous couple has been photographed at events, such as when the family attended the Gymnastics Women’s Team Final on day four of the Olympic Games at Bercy Arena on July 30, 2024.
Keith later posted on his Insta Stories about how wonderful the event was, mentioning Simone Biles and the U.S. women’s gymnastics team, which took home gold.
Nicole has been posting on her Instagram, as well. On her Insta Stories, she posted a video of the Paris Olympic balloon taking off as the family and many other spectators stood by.
Then, on Instagram, Nicole posted about another event the family was at: women’s skateboarding. She filmed the skaters and people sitting near the family cheering.
Kidman captioned the post, in which she was wearing a ball cap and sunglasses, “Skater girls #ParisOlympics @Omega.”
It’s not the first time the famous family has attended the Olympic games. In 2012, Keith and Nicole watched many events at the London Olympics, being photographed wherever they went.
