Luke Bryan moved to Nashville in the mid-2000s in order to pursue his passion for music. Securing a job as a songwriter, he penned songs for artists like Billy Currington and Travis Tritt, and later secured a deal with Capitol Records. His 2007 debut album, “I’ll Stay Me,” spawned a handful of moderately successful singles, but it was his second album, “Doin’ My Thing,” that truly launched him into the country music spotlight. The sophomore offering featured high-charting hits like “Someone Else Calling You Baby” and “Rain Is a Good Thing,” and suddenly Bryan was one of the hottest acts in country music.
To date, Bryan has released five studio albums: “I’ll Stay Me,” “Doin’ My Thing,” “Tailgates and Tanlines,” “Crash My Party” and “Kill the Lights.” All five are chock full of catchy country hits, including “Kick the Dust Up,” “Country Girl” and “Crash My Party.” Bryan has embarked on tours with some of the biggest names in country music, including Jason Aldean and Tim McGraw.
