Dashawn Byron / Beasley MediaCinnaholic has finally made its way to Fayetteville, NC, and we couldn't be more excited about the grand opening. The store recently opened at 1928 Skibo Road #116, and offers vegan baked goods, but most importantly cinnamon rolls.
Fortunately, the company knows I love sweet treats, so they let me go over to the opening to get a first look. Scroll on to get a look at the yummy treats, as we show you around Cinnaholic in Fayetteville.
Rainy days can be tough. The sun is hidden. It's wet and slippery and brings the mood down. And this day was extra gross outside. I was heading back to the office but I remembered an ad floating around Instagram about a new place opening called Cinnaholic and it was about time for the grand opening. I went straight there and I could already see a line developing right around the building. I grabbed my place in line and the anticipation began. Now while standing and waiting it made me very excited and speculated with others in line about how this was going to be. I'm a big fan of cinnamon rolls. Some are two sweet and some are too cakey, so it is a true art form. I was especially intrigued to try this place because all of their products are 100% plant-based, dairy & lactose-free, egg-free, and cholesterol-free...and honestly I was skeptical.
As the rain continued falling and the wait became longer we were treated to entertainment from the DJ who just so happened to be the maker of Underground Coffee Culture Co. He had fresh coffee for the people waiting in line which by this point was wrapped around the building. I'm not really a coffee drinker so I didn't partake but coffee and cinnamon rolls seem like a winning combo. One of the Cinnaholic employees brought samples for us in line of one of the products: BROWNIES! Just a slight bit for us to try and it was amazing! And an excellent preview for what's to come. After close to an hour, I finally got to the counter and got to place my order. I got a half dozen of each of the signature rolls & a tub of the edible cookie dough. I loved the purple and white look and the staff was nice despite the overwhelming response. After getting back to the studio, I finally got to try one of the normal plain rolls and I must say...it was a great cinnamon roll. Perfect balance of sweet, but not too sweet. Usually with plant-based or specialized food there is a weird aftertaste but it was amazing. A perfect end to a rainy day. You just gained a new customer!

Staying strong waiting in line. The line wrapped around the building. Fayetteville loves the new places.

Here are the different options Cinnaholic has. What sets them apart is everything is made with the highest quality ingredients, and are 100% plant-based, dairy & lactose-free, egg-free, and cholesterol-free.
Cinnaholic Brownie Samples

For those in line we got to have coffee to keep us warm. They also game samples of the brownies for us. They were a good preview for what's to come with their other products. Very tasty.
Coffee with the Rolls

Underground Coffee Culture is a coffee company that also makes it with high quality ingredients but also do what they can to donate some of the proceeds to helping our environment. Great product with a great message.
The Cinnaholic Swallow

Every great product needs a simple. And the swallow is the official one for Cinnaholic. The meaning and representation is heartfelt and proudly displayed in the store.
Cinnaholic Staff Making Magic

The process in simple. You can create your own rolls or get one of their signature ones.
Why does this guy make the same face in every photo?

To commemorate this grand opening, I made sure to take a photo in front of their step and repeat.
Cinnaholic making it happen!

It was a quick process from ordering to production. Everything came out hot and fresh.
Edible Cookie Dough!

Another offering is edible cookie dough. Comes in 8 ok or 16 oz and you can customize it too. Marshmallows, bananas or more!
A Half Dozen to Start!

I decided to buy a half dozen of the signature options: Original, Cookie Monster Roll, Campfire S'Mores Roll, Shake, Rattle & Roll, Very Berry Roll & the Apple Pecan Pie Roll. Do I have a fav? All so good so it's tough1
Can't Beat The Original!

Can't go wrong with the original tho. Adding extra twists is great but I'm a fan of doing a classic the right way. If I have to rate it, I'd give it 10/10.
