Apparently by February, most of us are quitters! But I’m here to encourage you to NOT give up! Whatever your new year resolution/intention may be, remember that you can start over any time! I’ll be honest with you – you WILL mess up! But that is irrelevant. It is NOT about being perfect. It’s about continued effort. So if you feel defeated today, dust yourself off and try again! You don’t need a whole new year, month, or week! Do it today!
