Apparently by February, most of us are quitters! But I’m here to encourage you to NOT give up! Whatever your new year resolution/intention may be, remember that you can start over any time! I’ll be honest with you – you WILL mess up! But that is irrelevant. It is NOT about being perfect. It’s about continued effort. So if you feel defeated today, dust yourself off and try again! You don’t need a whole new year, month, or week! Do it today!

A new survey by Crispy Green reveals that February 1st is the day when most people quit their New Year’s resolution. Other findings:
68% of people give up their New Year’s resolution before February 1st

2. Too busy/hectic to keep up with the new routine 43%
3. Social pressure 40%
4. Familial pressure 39%
5. Negative influence by partner 35%

1. Eating healthy 50%
2. Staying on budget 47%
3. Saving for retirement 42%
4. Sticking to an exercise routine 40%
5. Spending less 36%
6. Learning a new skill 28%
7. Cooking more frequently 28%
8. Drinking enough water 26%
9. Cleaning the dishes 23%
10. Being kind to others 22%
