This is the dreaded time of year where our New Year’s resolutions are slowly starting to fade away. The appeal of a brand new year has now turned back into the daily grind of our normal day-to-day life. The good news is, it is never too late to reset. Here are 4 tips to help make 2020 YOUR year and to keep going strong!

Tip #1: Connect your goal to something bigger
For example: Instead of “I want to save $500,” change it to “If I save more money, I will feel more secure if there is an emergency.”

Baby steps! After 90 days, work on your next set of goals.
