Brantley Gilbert To Join Rock Band Nickelback On Tour

Brantley Gilbert seems to enjoy bringing country music to rock crowds. After touring last year with heavy metal band Five Finger Death Punch, he's just announced that he'll be joining Canadian hard rock band Nickelback on tour this year.

He posted to social media, "How do you make the most unexpected and bad@$$ tour of all time… @nickelback and your boy join forces for the summer… That’s how!! I’m so stoked to announce we’ll be seeing y’all on the #getrollintour criss-crossing the country all summer long... #bgnation fan club members, check your account for first access to pre-sale tickets starting Tuesday at 10am… LFG!"

Gilbert and Five Finger Death Punch had collaborated on a cover of Kenny Wayne Shepherd's "Blue On Black" featuring Shepherd and Brian May of Queen. No word is he plans a collaboration with Nickelback as well. The band's biggest hits include "How You Remind Me," "Rockstar," "PHotograph" and "Leader Of Men." See the tour dates below.
