Avelo Airlines Expands Service From Wilmington, Adding North Carolina to Boston, Nashville Flights
Avelo Airlines is expanding its North Carolina presence with exciting new developments. In March 2025, the airline will introduce three new routes from Wilmington International Airport (ILM), providing more options for travelers in the region.
These new routes are part of Avelo’s broader expansion, which includes operations from two new bases in Wilmington and from Concord-Padgett Regional Airport near Charlotte, and the debut of 27 nonstop destinations across the state.
The five new routes from Wilmington will greatly enhance air travel connectivity, making it easier for locals and visitors to reach destinations both within the U.S. and beyond. These additions are part of a larger network expansion, which also includes the airline’s first two international routes from Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU). The new routes will complement Avelo’s affordable travel options, with one-way tickets starting as low as $44.
