Tim McGraw Shows Off ‘Black Powder Jeans’ From ‘1883’

Tim McGraw has been hard at work practicing for his role as James Dutton in the new Paramount Plus TV show 1883.

Tim will star in the TV show alongside his wife Faith Hill; they are playing James and Margaret Dutton.

McGraw shared a few photos on his Instagram to show he’s been getting into the role. He posted along with pictures of the TV script and some black powder jeans.

Tim captioned the photos, “gettin in the groove for #1883 ….. as for the jeans … black powder blanks from quick draw practice!!! [swipe to see].”

1883 will premiere on Paramount Plus on December 19, 2021.

  This is my all-time favorite song from McGraw and I’ll share something personal about it: When my son was about eight, we found this song together and as we drove around Nashville, he was always my “Shotgun Rider.” My boy knew every word of the song and I later asked McGraw himself why I couldn’t get this out of my head and he simply said, “Connection. This song gives you connection.” It sure does.
