Q: IS THERE A CLEAR BAG POLICY?

A: YES! We can’t stress this enough. The Crown Coliseum is a clear bag ONLY venue. That means no purses that aren’t clear or ANY bags at all that don’t fit the Crown’s description. This is not a WKML policy. This is a Crown Coliseum policy, and is standard at most entertainment venues. Again, please leave your bag in your car. (Read the Crown’s policies here.)

A: We advise everyone to park in the lot adjacent to East Mountain Drive and enter there. But all of the Crown parking will be available.

Q: How is this different from other concerts?

A: Stars & Guitars is a unique show in that all of our artists are on stage at the same time. It truly is an unforgettable concert experience. Each artist performs several songs in a loop, with story-telling and other fun interaction with all the artists. So unlike a traditional concert, you won’t have “opening acts” or a “headliner”. It’s an amazing experience.

A: We will be giving away tickets at our ticket stops throughout September, October and November, as well as some on-air and online ticket giveaways. (Here’s the Ticket Stop schedule.)

Q: What’s a ticket stop?

A: Ticket stops are 95 minute (or 2 hours in some instances) station appearances at some of our partner businesses around the community. (See the schedule here and check back regularly for new additions.) At each ticket stop we will give away a set number of pairs of tickets to the show (usually 15 pairs). You DO have to be present to register, but you do NOT have to be present to win.

Q: How do I pick up tickets if I win them?

A: ALL tickets won at Ticket Stops this year will be ELECTRONIC tickets. YOU DO NOT NEED TO COME TO THE STATION TO GET THESE. Make sure you watch your emails for your confirmations. No tickets will be sent out before November 1, 2023. Don’t worry, you’ll be in our system.

Q: What health and safety protocols will be in place for the show this year?

A: Currently, the Crown Coliseum is not requiring the wearing of masks for events. So we are operating under that premise for now. As we get closer to the show date, there may be changes based on the impacts of COVID-19 in the community. We will post regular updates on the status.

Q: Does the Crown have any other safety procedures?

A: Yes, the Crown Complex is now a clear bag only facility, and allows absolutely NO weapons of any type (that includes pocket knives). Please make sure to leave all those in your car. Get more info on the policies here.

Q: What are the refund policies for this show?

A: Tickets are generally non-refundable after purchase. The exception to that will be if we have to cancel the show (which we do not anticipate having to do). IF that were to happen, all tickets will be refunded at your point of purchase through the Crown Complex.
