A Warning Has Been Issued To Paypal Users
Another day, another phishing scam to report.
According to WISN12, people are receiving an email claiming to be from Paypal.
However, the email isn’t from the payment service at all, rather it’s a scam.
The scam attempts to obtain personal information from customers by posing as an email directly from Paypal.
As a result, a warning has been issued by cyber-security.
The fake email is poorly written and tells customers that their email address associated with their account has been changed.
It goes on to tell users that if they did not make this change to click on the link provided.
Customers should never click on a link provided in an email, rather if you have concerns about your account, go to the site directly and login from there.

It's a very subtle clue, but something tells me this email from @PayPal might just be a phishing scam. Thank God I'm not actually a costumer or I might have been fooled #phew #scam #becarefuloutthere pic.twitter.com/sDeUOtdbua
