Lakewood, Colorado Police had an easy time arresting Darren Connolly, according to 9News in Denver. Darren robbed a bank a few days ago. Why was it so easy?

When Darren entered the Canvas Credit Union and demanded money, he was wearing his ankle monitor bracelet from a previous arrest. Officers tracked Connelly from the bank to his getaway car and ultimately to where he was arrested the next day.

Connolly is no stranger to the justice system, as 9 News reports he has two felony convictions on his record. He was placed on parole in April for the second of his felony convictions.

  • 2. Don't Be Suspicious

In the middle of the summer, you would do just about anything to stay cool, right?

Up in Allen Park, Michigan, a couple went shopping and put three air conditioning units in their cart. Then they decided to go to the one place they thought they could get away with stealing – the self-checkout line!

All they scanned was a Reeseā€™s candy, paid for it, and they left! WITH the 3 air conditioner units!

They loaded them in their car and drove off. However, it was pretty easy for police to track them down.

The couple left two things behind – an I.D. and a purse! No details have been released yet on the arrest or what multitude of charges the couple faces.

“This makes it super easy to identify you,” Allen Park police said.
