June 14th is Flag Day, which honors the United States adoption of the stars and stripes as the flag that represents our nation.

(Fun fact:  Flag Day was established by President Woodrow Wilson in 1916.  When this info comes into play the next time you play bar trivia, you can thank us then.)

So, how should you celebrate?  By doing one of the most American of things:  Fueling the economy and buying a bunch of American Flag clothing and accessories.  (Bonus:  Independence Day is just around the corner, so you’ll be good to go for July!)  Here’s five great websites to find some amazing American Flag clothing and accessories.

TheFlagShirt.com

From t-shirts, to shorts, to leggings, to hats and everywhere in between, The Flag Shirt is an incredible site to find nearly any apparel featuring Old Glory.

OldNavy.com

The popular clothing brand has an entire section on their website dedicated to flag clothing, and right now, nearly all of it is on sale.  What are you waiting for?!

TipsyElves.com

It’s the only website out of the five listed that has a section dedicated strictly to American Flag fanny packs.  If you’re not a fanny fan, perhaps you’ll change your mind once you see their six pack strap add-on allowing you to carry multiple beverages at once.  Are we the only ones thirsty all of a sudden?  Thirsty for freedom!

Shinesty.com

Shinesty sells American Flag suits and blazers.  I don’t think we need to elaborate further why we included them on the list.

Etsy.com

When all else fails, you can almost always find what you’re looking for on Etsy, and we’re not just talking about American Flag clothing.
