TikTok user @BriannaRaelenee posted a video showing how she prepared a "fresh" bowl of Mac and Cheese. First, she takes a frozen plastic bag of Mac and Cheese out of a box, then put the bag in hot water, then cuts the bag open and put the contents inside on a bowl to serve to a customer. At the end of the video, she gives a thumbs up.
Per TMZ, Panera Bread is defending its mac and cheese. "It's made offsite with our proprietary recipe developed by our chefs." They add that freezing the food is necessary for delivery and to avoid using preservatives.
On Twitter, Bri announces that she got fired.
