Welcome back to the Monday playlist! A new year means plenty of new music from our favorite artists to look forward to!

Old Dominion dropped their Memory Lane (Sampler) EP with 4 awesome brand new songs! Old Dominion is one of my favorite country bands (if you haven’t seen them live yet, what are you waiting for?!) so I genuinely enjoy all 4 of these songs. “Easier Said with Rum” just scratches my brain in the right place. Something about the way they even sing the word ‘rum’ makes me happy. And we can almost all relate to that feeling of liquid courage.

Matt Stell is no stranger to the Big 957. He brought the party at our Stars & Guitars show back in 2021 and now he’s slowing it down with the sentimental “Man Made”. Matt hits his stride with ballads (Prayed For You). And this is a feel good message that hits the nail on the head- behind every man, is a great woman supporting him. Awesome message, touching music video, and a catchy tune from Matt!

Josh Ross just moved to Nashville in 2019. His debut EP “Do What You Love” came out in 2020 and he just keeps growing and getting better. I love watching new artists hit the scene and find their groove and the sound that works for them. This new single “Trouble” reminds me a lot of the tone Bailey Zimmerman and Morgan Wallen execute so well. It’s fun to watch the different dynamics Josh can bring to his sound.
