Shriners 64th Annual Fish Fry Set for October 25 in Fayetteville
This Friday, October 25, 2024, marks the Cumberland County Shriner’s 64th annual Fish Fry.
Take a minute please and stop by the Bordeaux Field in Fayetteville, North Carolina between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The Bordeaux Field is located behind the Ramada Plaza, formerly the Hioliday Inn Bordeaux at 3030 Boone Trail Extension in Fayetteville, North Carolina. From Owen Drive, turn at Village Drive and then turn onto Boone Trail Extension at Bank of America then turn at Truist Bank.
Plates are only $9.00 each and can be purchased at the convenient drive-thru.
All proceeds collected will benefit the Shriners Hospitals for Children commonly known as Shriners Children’s.

It’s hard to top deep fried cheese puffs with a smattering of cheese, bacon, jalapeños and ranch dressing. So much cheese, so much spice. I can’t wait to eat an entire basket of these beauties then proceed to singlehandedly put my plumber’s kids through college.
4. S'more Pizza Cone (Kono Pizza)
It seems that the people at Kono have cracked the secret to making both savory and sweet foods extra delicious: make it cone-shaped! Everyone knows that the cone is the perfect shape for maximizing flavor. That’s just basic science. My only fear is that this may ruin classically square-shaped s’mores for me forever, but that is a risk I’m willing to take.
