Dear Don Chase & Sarah: I recently got mad after reading a newsletter from my son’s school. They printed notes from a recentparent-teacher meeting. The school says they are considering doing away with the honor roll because it is not inclusive and may make children feel bad about themselves if they don’t make the list. My son is on the honor roll and works hard to achieve great grades. He enjoys being recognized for his accomplishments. I think it’s wrong that the school is considering doing away with the honor roll. Is the school wrong for doing away with the honor roll?
